Know What Takes a Business to Succeed and Enjoy the Success Like Other People in the Know


Business has rules. These rules are often not documented and if they are documented they are not readily available to every one to get know them. It is very imperative to follow these rules to the letter. If you do not you will fail.

A short story to illustrate business failure


A friend of mine sold books directly to schools. He did fairly well for some time. But, a year later the schools were not willing to buy more books of the type he was selling. He decided to move into curriculum books. He actually got a big order that would have brought him a lot money. Regrettably he had not done enough research on where the books could be got from. He was therefore unable to service this order. He failed.

He went into a computer business. He thrived for a while because there were few people in the area. Within a short the profits attracted more people. He did not hang in there long enough to grow the business. He moved on to something and something.

As I write to you he is still looking for something that will actually work.

In this short story you will realize that the problem with this friend of mine is actually not finding the right rules governing business and the first rule is planning.

What needs to be done to succeed in business


Plan your activities and leave nothing to chance. You must know all the positives as well as the negatives that may befall you.

Test your ideas. What are the chances of idea being successful for a long time? What are the barriers for entry. A business that is very easy to enter like the taxi business will have limited success to many people.

Get great workers. There is nothing that will kill a business quickest like bad workers. Do not keep them on your pay role for even a day longer if they are bad people. Remember people do not change easily.

Persevere, nothing breaks down barries like hanging in there. Most winners are not the fastest or the luckiest, but those who hang in there longer when every one else have given up.

One other thing that most people over look, is the role of ancestors in our lives. You need their protection and guidance. Get a good traditional healer to get your ancestors bless you and your business. It works and will protect you when the chips are down.
